Our Team

Converge Health brings real world experience navigating the policy, operational, and technical realities of interoperability. Our team spans healthcare IT, Medicaid and public sector leadership, governance and privacy, stakeholder engagement, communications, and program delivery.

We work side by side with states, counties, HIEs, and community partners to design and implement practical, trusted data exchange solutions across behavioral health, substance use, social care, public health, and Medicaid programs. Our focus is the last mile of interoperability, where strategy meets execution and where trust, adoption, and sustainability actually get decided.

Our Approach.

Converge Health operates at the intersection of policy, operations, and technology, where the distance between a good strategy and a working system is measured in execution. Every client engagement is led by senior professionals with direct, hands-on experience inside state agencies, HIEs, managed care organizations, and community networks. That means the person advising you has done the work before, not supervised someone who did.

We bring collective depth across HIE operations, Medicaid transformation, behavioral health and social care data exchange, data governance, privacy and compliance, project delivery, and health-tech marketing. We stay engaged long enough to see the work through, and we measure success by what actually gets built, adopted, and sustained.

We are not a firm that hands off a final report and moves on. We are a long-term partner to the organizations doing the hardest work in health data.
